In a world that moves quickly, our hearts can sometimes feel heavy — pulled into waves of emotion that seem to sweep us away. In those moments, we may feel lost, engulfed by our own pain, and far from the calm, clear presence that lives within us. It’s not that we are broken — only that we’ve forgotten how to come home to ourselves.

This 2-hour workshop is a guided journey into emotional regulation, inspired by the R.A.I.N. Method (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) taught by psychologist and meditation teacher Tara Brach.

Through breathwork, mindful awareness, and reflective journaling, you’ll learn how to navigate intense emotions without being swept away by them — transforming reactivity into presence, compassion, and choice. This is an intimate, interactive space where you’ll be supported, seen, and gently guided back into your own grounded center.
