Do you find social situations overwhelming after living with schizophrenia?You’re not alone—and you don’t have to rebuild your life without support.
This 10-session private therapy course is designed to help you regain emotional confidence and reconnect with others at your own pace. Whether you're recovering from an episode or learning how to manage daily life with more stability, this program offers structure, understanding, and step-by-step progress in a safe therapeutic space.
You’ll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to strengthen communication, reduce anxiety or paranoia, and rebuild habits that support long-term mental clarity and social connection. Sessions can take place in person at Wooden House Bangkok or online via Zoom/Google Meet, depending on your needs.

No. You can join whether or not you're on medication. During your first session, the therapist will ask about your situation to tailor the support to your needs.
It means feeling comfortable and safe in your daily environment — like talking to people, leaving your home, or doing simple activities like shopping, visiting family, or going to work.
No. This is a 100% private, one-on-one therapy course. It’s just you and the therapist, at a pace that feels safe for you.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and focuses on helping you manage thoughts, feel safer around others, and slowly practice social confidence. The sessions are gentle and supportive — nothing is forced.
That’s okay. The therapist is trained to work with different energy levels and thinking styles. You’ll never be judged, and you’ll always be supported with patience.

No. This course is designed for individuals who are currently stable and under medical supervision (e.g., already working with a psychiatrist or taking prescribed medication). If you’re in acute distress, we recommend seeking psychiatric support first.
We offer full flexibility to accommodate energy levels and consistency. Sessions are typically once per week but can be adjusted based on what feels manageable.
