This is not clinical therapy. It’s a peer-led emotional wellness circle designed for connection, rest, and light reflection. If you’re seeking therapy, we can refer you to our private 1:1 options.

What should I bring?

Nothing is required. If you'd like to journal, feel free to bring a notebook—but we also provide paper and pens. Comfortable clothing is recommended for mindfulness activities.

What happens during the VIP consult?

The VIP ticket includes a private 1:1 emotional clarity consult after the group session. It’s a quiet space to unpack your emotions more deeply with support and care.
