TOUCH Silent Club (TSC)is a service of TOUCH Community Services, a non-for-profit charitable organisation officially registered in 1992 and a member of the National Council of Social Service. TOUCH Silent Club was launched in March 1993 to meet the needs of the deaf community.TSC firmly believes that every Deaf person has the potential to be an integrated and contributing member of the society.Our programmes empower the Deaf to be independent individuals and guide them in the areas of education, vocation, recreation and social development.We constantly seek to foster partnerships with the hearing community to work alongside us to make a difference to the Deaf community.Note: We have moved over toTOUCH website. A foundational workshop for *anyone keen to learn basic Singapore Sign Language for communication purposes. In this interactive workshop, you will learn ABCs, 123s, commonly used words and phrases &amp; carry out a simple conversation. *Participants must be above 12 years old<ul><li>11 June, 18 June, 2 July, 9 July &amp; 16 July^ 2022 (Sats), 2:30PM – 4:00PM</li></ul>^16 July lesson will be conducted in person at our Blk 162 Bukit Merah Central centre Online via Zoom (Meeting ID &amp; password will be sent before the start of the lesson)$66 nett per participant inclusive GST &amp; course materials (Reg.
