Alan Sumano

Digital Transformation and Business Analytics Executive, Alan has had 22 plus years of experience, with global roles in different industries and organisations such as IBM, Schneider Electric and IHH Healthcare (covering 80 hospitals across more than 10 countries with brands such as, Parkway Hospitals, Gleneagles and Mount Elizabeth). Since 2013, Alan has specialised in the Human Resources domain, encompassing People Analytics and Insights, Employee Experience, HR Transformation, Rewards and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Alan currently leads the integration of workforce analytics and employee experience solutions, to drive organisational transformation and tangible impact – from employee engagement to operational efficiency, but also to surface hidden risks, anticipate market shifts, and uncover opportunities on an ever-changing workforce landscape that impacts the 70K employees across the group.
