COP: Self-Healing Through Reconnection
Overview
Self-Healing Through Reconnection: An Adventure in Consciousness, Ancestry, and Culture.
🌟 What if healing from past wounds wasn't about endless analysis… but about finding a profound sense of belonging—to yourself, in your relationships, and with your roots?
Journey with us for a deeply insightful evening as we explore integrative healing at our upcoming session: “Self-Healing Through Reconnection.”
We’ll explore:
✨ Why Reconnection Heals: How disconnection is a core symptom of trauma, and how rebuilding these links is the path to wholeness.
✨ Top-Down & Bottom-Up Healing: Learn how to address trauma not just cognitively but somatically in your nervous system.
✨ Healing Across Generations: How to compassionately explore your "wider familial field" to understand inherited patterns and restore a sense of belonging.
This is an invitation to curiosity, self-compassion, and authenticity. No pressure, no need to share your personal story. Just a guided space to explore the connections that shape a life of greater love, hope, and belonging.
