In humanitarian work, negotiation is a core skill. Whether securing access to affected areas, aligning with local authorities, or advocating for protection, your ability to negotiate effectively impacts outcomes on the ground.

This two-day immersive workshop is designed to strengthen the negotiation capability of humanitarian professionals through structured learning, simulation-based practice, and facilitated reflection.

By the end of the course, we will:

  • Negotiation principles specific to humanitarian contexts
  • Planning and stakeholder mapping (including BATNA and SMART objectives)This is a practice-based course with real-world examples and peer learning.
