A shift in mindset is underway. There is an increasing interest among, and demand for, designers to create positive impact on the economy, community, society, quality of life and the environment. How can designers keep in mind that our resources are limited, and adopt a regenerative design approach? While traditional ideas of sustainability have aimed to do less harm, how do new ideas of sustainability look at doing more good? In this session, find out how our President*s Design Award recipients use design to create a positive impact while using less materials, cost and even labour. Join us and be inspired to create a better world by design!This event is part of the P*DA X Creating a Better World by Design series. Supported by the National Design Centre.
