“Creating My Vision Board” is a workshop designed to help you realise your dreams and design the life that you want. This is a fun, creative and inspirational program where we will guide you to create your very own vision board. We will engage in numerous activities, inner reflection and discussions so that you not only manifest the life you want on the outside but also become the person you want to be on the inside.

About this workshop

In this program, we teach you how to overcome your limiting believes and conditions. We will guide you to go within, so that you can truly understand yourself better and what is important for you. During which you will also uncover areas of your life where you have yet to reach your greater potential. In the final stage, we will coach you towards making your dreams and goals a reality.

Note:

• All materials provided include; vision board canvas, handouts, pictures, magazines and other inspirational materials.
• We will print 2 A4 pages in colour for a collage sent prior to the workshop.
• Recommended age group: 12 - 99 and beyond ;)
• Children below 15 years will need to be accompanied by parents.

**All materials used during this workshop are of high quality. We will have magazine cuttings ready, and all materials to jazz up your vision board. You will also be provided with an ACTUAL canvas to create your vision board.

About the facilitator Bhali Gill?

Bhali Gill is a registered Psychologist (organisational) both in Australia and Singapore and the founder of Corporate Wellbeing and Conscious Unicorn. She is a coach, trainer, lecturer and writer at Forbes. She is dedicated towards creating productive, healthier and happier organisations through her mental and emotional wellbeing programs. In the corporate world she has worked with numerous organisations such as Unilever, IBM, Standard Chartered, Sibelco, Abott, Douglass Hanley Moir, Staples and many others.

Bhali is also a highly skilled coach and has worked with countless individuals both personally and professionally to discover their full potential. She has helped individuals to overcome the challenges they face at work and life, and get them to where they want to be. She takes her clients through a guided and structured process in her training and coaching often leading to deep insights. Bhali’s sessions enable you to reach a deep level of self-awareness, inner transformation and become more of who you are.
