💡 What can you expect from this workshop?

This one-time art therapy workshop offers a gentle and compassionate space for those who are grieving to reflect, express, and honour their journey through creativity. Guided by art therapists, participants will be invited into a process of art-making and self-compassion to support emotional healing. No art experience is needed — only a willingness to create, feel, and be present with your emotions.

🟢 Who should join?

This session is open to those who are grieving a loss.
