REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND TRANSFERS

Attendees may request a refund until seven calendar days before the selected training run. Participant substitutions or transfers to another intake require approval from KS Training. If KS Training cancels the programme, affected participants may choose an available alternative or receive a full refund.
