The element Earth represents Balance, Stability, Groundedness and Wellbeing. In this Earth session, we focus on activating the Root chakra to tap into the energy from the Earth, dispelling negative energy and channeling positive energy from the earth. You will be energized and you can bounce back from difficulties. As you foster feelings of connection with the earth, you will bring your consciousness to ‘Now’ and a sense of being rooted in something greater than oneself, which is beneficial for self-awareness, clear thinking and confidence.


*If you have your favourite crystals, we suggest you to bring them along with you and use them for support during the session.
