  • Submission for Customisation: Voice recordings and images must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session. Upload your voice memo here >> this link No customisation will be allowed for late submissions. This is a strict policy that is in place to ensure that we have enough time to master your track before your session.
  • Audio Length: Due to the physical limitations of the postcard size, you will be cutting a short track (typically 1-2 minutes).
  • Audio Rights & Piracy: Only voice recordings are allowed. Copyrighted music is not allowed. We will not issue a refund to customers who are found or suspected of engaging in piracy. Only voice recordings are allowed.
  • Medium: Please understand this workshop creates a physical record that requires a turntable (record player) to play.
  • Equipment: All materials, cutting lathes, and equipment are provided.
