What if I missed my timeslot?

Unfortunately, if you miss the morning 10 am to 3 pm slot, you will have to purchase the ticket for the afternoon 3-8 pm slot. However, you can enter the Water View Room next to the Flower Field Hall to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, hang out with friends and take photos, while still in air-con.

How do I have full day access to the main event at the Flower Field Hall?

Apart from Friday when it only has 1 time slot to choose from, Saturday and Sunday both have 2 separate time slots which are ticketed separately (10 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 8 pm). Hence, to enjoy a full day access to the main event in the Flower Field Hall, you need to purchase both tickets.

Do I only need 1 Water View Room Full Day Admission ticket to enjoy all timeslots in there?

Yes, as indicated in the name of this ticket, you only need 1 of this ticket. Regardless of the timeslot that you purchase the Water View Room Full Day Admission ticket, you can use the ticket to access the Water View Room any time of the day.

Are all the tickets multiple entry?

Yes, you may enter and exit as many times as necessary.
