Under the Bengali Association of Singapore (BAS), she has organized very captivating musicals (dance-dramas), wherein she orchestrated every aspect of the concept, direction, dialogues, choreography, costume, stage props and the kind.

Examples of a few past productions by Dr. Manju Sarkar are listed below.

• In 2016, staged ‘Abhimanini Radha’ at the Jubilee Hall, Raffles Hotel, Singapore. The concept was based on the eternal bonding and love between Radha and Lord Krishna.

• In 2018, staged ‘Bara Parivar Sukhi Parivar’ at the NTUC Auditorium, 1 Marina Boulevard, Singapore. It was a comical family story based on her own concept.

• In 2019, staged ‘Hey Krishna’ at the Matrix Auditorium, Biopolis, Singapore that depicted some interesting stories of Lord Krishna.

• In 2023, produced a short film for the online streaming platforms, titled as: 'An Artist's Love Story'. It is streamed in the online platform Shortfundly. This soul stirring fusion of music, dance and drama, as conceptualized by the director beautifully portrays an artist's fantasizing emotion clashing with reality.
