Through engaging activities and meaningful conversations, you'll connect with like-minded people who are serious about building fulfilling relationships.

Led by Kester and Kavitha, therapist couple and founders of SACRED® Institute, this afternoon will help you date more consciously and intentionally.

About Your Hosts:

Kavitha and Kester Shekar-Tay are an interracial therapist couple and founders of SACRED® Institute, a relationship education platform. With over a decade of experience, they have helped more than 1,000 people transform their relationships and lives. Through SACRED, they teach practical, modern relationship skills to help people build secure connections across romantic, family, friendship, and workplace relationships. Their approach combines psychological insights with real-world application, making relationship skills accessible and actionable.
