Q. Can we cater food and have it delivered to the venue before the event starts?

Accepted Answer

A. Due to limited manpower, the team is unable to assist in ensuring food delivery arrivals. Please BYO before arrival at the venue.

Question 2

Q. What sort of food and drinks could I/we bring to eat at the venue?

Accepted Answer

A. We discourage soupy foods to avoid spills; also strong smelling food like assam fish head, salted fish, sambal, pork vinegar, durian as well as ice cream. Note that there is no fridge available.

Question 3

Q. Can we move tables around to sit down and eat?

Accepted Answer

A. Tables and chairs are assigned to registered groups pre-arranged at the venue.

Question 4

Q. Are disposables provided if the group is sharing food/drinks?

Accepted Answer

A. If the group is bringing food to share, please arrange to bring your own cutlery & disposables.

Q. Is wine allowed?

Accepted Answer

A. Only non-alcoholic drinks permitted.

Q. Can we video/photograph during our meals and reading at the table?

A. No changes can be made unless there are slots that are still available, and before the closing deadline.
