Brahm Centre is a leading course provider of a wide range of science-based mindfulness programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being in today's fast paced world. We have worked with healthcare agencies, schools and corporations to equip employees, parents and students with mindfulness tools to help them stay physically and mentally well.Course graduates may enhance their practice by joining our weekly mindfulness clubs. Furthermore there  are free regular health talks conducted by healthcare professionals and qualified speakers open to the public.Launched in 2012 as a charity that aims to promote happier and healthier living, Brahm Centre is a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character.Come begin your mindfulness journey with us.Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.

Decoupage is an art of decorating objects with paper cut-outs or with beautiful European-style napkins. Participants will enjoy the fun and satisfaction of creating an art projects with their everyday used objects. Hence, decoupage is an art of upcycling. Using the various techniques of decoupage, the participants can decorate any objects including household items from such as bags, pouch, glass bottles, porcelain plates, wooden boxes, to even large pieces of furniture. Participants are also encouraged to be creative such that the decoupage items can be a very special gifts to their loved ones and friends.What are some expected outcomes of the course?Participants will enjoy the fun and satisfaction of creating an art projects with their everyday used objects. Friday.Time: 10am - 12pmNo of Sessions : 8Course fee:$280 | $56 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy**NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.**Minimum 10 students to start classCourse fee may be offset by ^SkillsFuture Credit (SFC). First, course participants are to make payment for the course through Brahm Centre Eventbrite page, followed by claim with SFC. Brahm Centre will reimburse the amount that is successfully claim upon receipt of the funds from SFC. More details on SFC will be provided upon registration.Materials provided: PVC pouch and one cotton tote bag for first 2 lessons, use of napkins, Decoupage glue, artist varnish, glue sponge, varnish brushes, square sponge, acrylic paint, plastic container.Notes:<ul><li>Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable. </li><li>Do ensure that you are able to attend the first session of the course before registering for the course as you will not be allowed to continue with the course should you miss the first session. </li><li>Request for transfers or make up-classes for selected mindfulness courses are subjected to availability and fees of $30 for transfers and $10 for make-up are applicable. </li></ul>

Trainer Profile:Pearl is a certified facilitator and trainer by WDA–ACTA. She has over 15 years of experience working in training and educational institutions and is currently a part-time teacher, teaching Business studies, English and basic computer. She is also a PA trainer. She has great passion in art and craft creations and its activities.
