What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

After payment is made, no refund or credits will be given if the participant withdraws or is absent from the training. If there are extenuating circumstances, they will be reviewed on a case by case basis by Deep Human Inc Pte. Ltd. and may be given a credit note.

I noticed the group is being offered on two different dates—what does that mean?

We're running the same group twice to give you more flexibility. Both sessions will cover the same content and format, so you only need to choose one of the two dates—the one that works best for your schedule!
