What to Bring:

-Water bottle

-Face towel (for wiping off excess cream)

-Body towel (to place over yoga mat — mats provided)


Important: Please trim your nails before attending — short nails help you perform the self- massage techniques more effectively.


Attire:

-Loose-fitting camisole (for access to shoulders, chest, and armpit areas)

-Optional cardigan or light jacket (for comfort)
