About the facilitator:

Vivien Koh’s passion for transforming lives and businesses in the digital age led her to start VK Transformation, a marketing and sales management consulting firm specializing in digital transformation. She has 20 successful years in sales and marketing functions in Asia Pacific region across organizations such as Google, Oracle, DELL, EMC. In her work, she helped start-ups, SMEs, and larger enterprises across different industries to transform and accelerate growth. Prior to VK Transformation, Vivien was part of the global senior management team at Google. She championed several high-profile strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and helped at least 11,000 enterprises transform and adopt digital marketing strategies and platforms. This resulted in an increased pace of innovation and 3X business revenue.

Over the years, Vivien consulted, coached and developed more than 500 businesses, sales and marketing leaders and professionals to reach their business and personal aspirations. She has also been appointed the Adjunct Professor for The Design of Business at Singapore Management University.

Vivien holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Western Australia. She is also certified in Digital Marketing Leadership (Squared Online), IDEO Design Thinking (Insights for Innovation and Business Design) and Hogan Assessment.
