ABOUT THE TRAINER

Tim Wieringa has over a decade of experience as a change management practitioner,  working to accelerate innovation and collaboration within teams to improve their agility and effectiveness. He believes that great conversations, cross-silo relationships, and meaningful work will lead to excellence. His work is based on intrinsic motivation and positive leadership that drives results. He specializes in leadership team development, building healthy organizations and highly-effective teams, and guiding them to develop and execute effective strategies.


Tim has begun engaging in climate tech to bring awareness to how we can improve and create value through sustainability actions and leadership. He uses his change management experience to enable teams and organizations to identify and execute desired solutions, guiding people in applying leadership styles that drive motivation, productivity, and ownership. As a sparring partner and mentor-coach, he supports sustainability transformations based on embedding routines that cultivate a set of desired mindsets and behaviors.
