Dementia Matters:

According to the Well-being of the Singapore Elderly (WiSE) study led by the Institute of Mental Health in 2015, one in 10 people aged 60 and above may have dementia. This translates to almost 82,000 people in 2018 and the number is expected to exceed 100,000 in a few years’ time.

- Healthy Living, Healthy Ageing
- Mental Wellness in Seniors
- Managing Caregiver Stress

Join us in this FREE information sessions about dementia (and healthy ageing), the types & how it affects people, how you can look after your brain (at any stage of life), and how you can take steps towards being dementia friendly. You may want to join us as Dementia Friends in the event. We will be sharing tips on managing caregiver stress, as well as interactive fun-filled information/game booth too!
