I am unable to attend the event. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are deemed as final transactions. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

Question 2

I am unable to attend the event. Can I transfer my ticket to a friend/colleague?

Accepted Answer

Transfer of tickets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a request to us at designfutures@designsingapore.org. The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any request.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Accepted Answer

Lunch and beverages are provided on Day 1, whereas only beverages are provided on Day 2.

How do I qualify for a group discount?

Accepted Answer

Single order purchases of 10 or more tickets are entitled to a 20% group discount. For group registrations, please contact us at designfutures@designsingapore.org

Question 5

Are there student discounts available for the programme?

Accepted Answer

Students are entitled to a 50% discount on all ticket types. Student ID is required for verification at the registration desk on the event day(s).

Question 6

Are there any parking facilities at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There are no parking facilities at the event venues. Paid parking is available at nearby carparks including Parliament House, The Adelphi, National Gallery Singapore and The Fullerton Hotel.
