24+ years of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry including a Television network, a content production house, an animation studio and a web design firm. Work experience spans the entire broad spectrum of roles from strategic, creative to operational. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, knowledge and understanding of content driven customer engagement, ecommerce enterprise architecture, User Centered Design, User Testing and Analytics. Comprehensive experience in the areas of requirement gathering, specs designing, design & development.

- Program Director (TCS) for SEEd.Lab, in Malaysia for Sustainability, co-founded by TCS & PETRONAS. Conceptualize & set up the program framework, training, curriculum, etc.

- Design Thinking practitioner and facilitator workshops with Singapore Airlines, Celcom, Freisland Campina and Petronas among others.

- UX consultant for TTH, Telecom, Assurance and Banking sector within the same region.

- Headed dubbing, program operations & content compliance for Turner International & Warner Brothers, South East Asia

- Designed and managed web content for enterprises like UTV (media) and an animation studio

- Lead multiple graphic and exhibition design engagements for the manufacturing industry. Teamed with an animation studio on the 2005 national award winning animation film ‘Raju and I’.

- Directed and produced ad commercials for established brands, corporate films (Tata Steel, UPL, Thomas Cook) and television content for Star TV, ZEE, CN and Pogo
