Keynote 1 - Think Like a Human, Design Like AI

by Aishwarya Ramakrishnan, Director, Technology - Banking and Financial Industry

AI isn’t coming, it’s already here, reshaping how we think, work, and create. From Generative AI to intelligent Co-pilots, the future of work is being rewritten in real time. In this interactive and thought-provoking session, we’ll dive into the boldest trends in AI and what they mean for you. Discover how to design with empathy using human-centered AI, apply the power of Design Thinking to real-world challenges, and explore the promise, and pitfalls, of this new frontier.

You’ll learn how to harness design thinking to design AI-powered solutions that are as empathetic as they are effective.

But we won’t stop at inspiration. You’ll roll up your sleeves, collaborate in teams, and tackle the question: What went wrong? By unpacking missteps in popular AI trends, you’ll learn how to reimagine them with intention, ethics, and innovation at the core.

The future of work is intelligent. Are you designing for it?

Keynote 2 - Machines Are Customers Too: The New Frontier of CX and Business Growth

by Katja Forbes, Head, Client Experience, Insights and Development - SCB

As AI agents evolve from passive tools into autonomous economic actors, a radical shift is underway, machines are no longer just powering customer experiences, they are becoming the customer.

In this provocative and forward-looking keynote, Katja Forbes explores what it means to design for non-human decision-makers. Drawing on insights from the latest research and her work in Financial Services, she reveals why emotional marketing no longer matters, why data integrity is your new brand promise, and how to build “agent experience” (AX) strategies that attract and retain machine customers.

This session delivers a wake-up call for leaders: the future of CX is already transacting. Are you ready for a customer who is not human?

The two presentations will equip attendees with:

· an overview of the most significant trends in AI and their impact on your work

· how to harness design thinking to design AI-powered solutions that are empathetic as they are effective

· how to design for non-human decision makers

· how to build “agent experience” (AX) strategies that attract and retain machine customers

· which skills – both technical and social – will make you indispensable, not replaceable, in a combined human + digital workforce

We look forward to welcoming you!
