Johan Irwan Kamarozaman is the founder of Leap Leadership Academy Sdn. Bhd. He has a deep passion for helping people to improve their competencies and skills in leadership and communication. Johan has various industries experiences ranging from manufacturing industry, security industry and education industry. Starting his career as an engineer, he further explores his career in marketing and business development before becoming a professional speaker and trainer which he believes that he can help even more people to be more successful in life hencecontributing to the organization and nation as a whole.

Johan is currently the President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), an association affiliated with the Global Speakers Federation. He received his Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Electronics Engineering majoring in Computer from Multimedia University. His deep passion in understanding human behaviour leads him to become certified in various Internationally recognized certifications such as Directive Communication Trainer by Directive Communication International, Certified Professional Coach from TeamCoach International, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner under National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Virtual Presenter by eSpeakers. He is the Past Area Governor for Toastmasters International and a Certified Professional Member of the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP).

Organizational culture is the way people think and act. Every organization has a culture, which either work for them or against them. Culture will influence the results of the organization. When we are not consciously managing our culture, culture will shaped by itself and those who are the loudest in the organization will create the culture.

This programme is designed for SME to be aware on the importance of managing culture in an environment that is constantly changing based on agile principle.
