Design for Manufacturing and Assembly approach allows the project teams to exercise more control over the project delivery, by ensuring better quality, reduced on-site manpower, and enhanced production efficiency. Throughout the project lifecycle, DfMA provides the stakeholders with a detailed understanding of the end product based on the project requirements and integrates the supply chain for efficient components production and project delivery.
