The first module, Dhamma for the Fulfilling Lay Life, is for beginners seeking to understand what it means to be a Buddhist, how to live joyfully in accordance with the Dhamma, and how to share its principles with confidence.

The second module, The Practitioner’s Dhamma, is for serious seekers aiming for deeper insight and practice. It connects key concepts, guides participants in cultivating the mental conditions for awakening and includes guided meditation sessions.
