About Diabetic Duo:

Amanda Ong
Beguiled into the world of music pretty much since her life began, Amanda Ong has been writing songs chronicling her life experiences from the age of 17. Her writing style is influenced by the likes of dodie, Jacob Collier, Sara Bareilles, Us The Duo, Taylor Swift, and more. She is also part of an a cappella group called New Recording 47.

Garnering listeners in over 113 countries, her songs have appeared in The Straits Times, as well as been playlisted in Singapore’s Top Acts, Women Of Singapore, Rising 65, New Music Friday Singapore & Malaysia, Bakat Segar, Rising From Singapore, and Malaysian Music Today etc. They have also been aired on radio stations like Power 98FM, 987FM, Mediacorp Indiego, 938Now, Ria 89.7FM, and 973FM.

Sope
Sope (born Sophia Petra Lee) is an indie singer-songwriter who writes under the influence of artists like Hozier, AURORA, and FINNEAS. A steady love for poetry and storytelling guides her craft, and her first single, Song of Patroclus, was chiefly inspired by Madeline Miller’s The Song of Achilles. It has, since the time of release, garnered over 100k streams across major streaming platforms. Her debut EP, All Ways, Always, was released in December 2022.
