About the Programme

Keeping up with the latest digital trends does not have to be daunting when you’re part of a supportive community! Join other seniors and share your passions, experiences and knowledge with one another. Whether you are wondering why your Wi-Fi signal is weak at home or if there's a simple solution to improve your home Wi-Fi signal, come with questions prepared!

Topic: Useful Education, News, and Gaming Apps (Part 6)

In this session, we will be learning about the features of education apps such as Wikipedia and TED. We will also explore news and gaming apps.

This is Part 6 of the 8-part series on smartphone apps for seniors. It is organised as part of a fortnightly hands-on workshop series from January to April 2023.

Please note: Participants are required to bring along their own smartphone for the session. It is highly recommended that participants download the relevant apps and create accounts (where applicable) before attending the workshop. Please visit https://itforseniors.wordpress.com/ for more details on the apps to download.

This digital learning community is facilitated by our volunteer, Mr Ho Hew Lee, and is suitable for seniors aged 50 and above.
