Mobile Banking (Part 1) – Participants are guided on how to activate their mobile banking services, access their accounts, and explore important features like fund transfers. The module would be focused on the most used Mobile Banking services currently (CIMB Clicks and MAYBANK2U). While at the same time our Digital Coaches are equipped to guide through other Mobile Banking services should it be required by Participants.
