In today’s digital world, children are surrounded by AI-generated images, videos, and online content that may not always be what it seems. From deepfakes to online scams, even adults struggle to tell what’s real and what’s fake.

Digital Safety for Kids: Training AI Models to Recognise Deepfakes is a hands-on workshop that equips children aged 7–12 years old with the skills to:

  • Train simple AI models using Google Teachable Machine
  • Spot AI-generated fakes and manipulated images
  • Understand how computers “see” images through recognition systems
  • Build digital resilience and critical thinking to stay safe online

Through games, challenges, and real-world examples, kids will not only learn about AI but also gain essential skills to navigate today’s digital landscape confidently.

👉 Workshops are free and open to all backgrounds. Slots are limited — sign up early!
