What's in it for me?

By the end of this session, you should be able to:

• Describe the Digital Workplace and how Digital Workplace tools can benefit you

• Use Digital Workplace tools like CalSync, GrabPic, Outlook Calendar for scheduling, Personal Workspace for collaborative documents, FormSG and Survey Bot to create short forms at work

• Assist colleagues in using these Digital Workplace tools at work

• Volunteer as a Smart Nation Ambassador

During the workshop, we will be introducing several Digital Workplace tools in the form of a hands-on training session. As there will be hands-on exercises both on intranet and internet, we will need you to bring along for the workshop:
1. Your work laptop, sufficiently charged for 1.5 hours of work
2. Your VPN token (so that you can connect to government intranet)
3. An internet-connected mobile device (e.g. your mobile phone) with LEARN and Work Chat apps downloaded
