About this event

Enjoy taking photos in nature? Come and join us for an Eco-Wellness experience at Serene Garden (Gardens by the bay).

Discover with lens: 6 sides of Eco-Wellness embodies a holistic approach by encouraging participants to be active, be mindful, be kind, be grateful, connect and learn with nature. The programme encourages participants to think about what is important in life and what to act on and prioritise.

  • Immerse in the natural environment and capture moments of beauty while staying physically active
  • Be mindful and respectful about the environment and wildlife while taking photos
  • Acts of kindness in nature promote eco-friendly habits and practices
  • Gratitude is cultivated by appreciating the beauty of nature
  • Connect with nature by shining a spotlight here and now using our senses, heightening awareness of the surrounding and inner experiences. Connect not only with nature but with other nature lovers as well during the programme
  • Learn from nature’s symbols and imagery and create a space for personal and eco-wellbeing

* Please bring your own camera phone. This is not a professional photography course even though we may touch briefly on a few photography techniques
