About the Trainer: Daniel Tan CFP®, IBFA, AEPP®, MBA, ACLP


With over 3 decades of work experience from employee to senior management, Daniel has broad experiences with using EQ to connect with colleagues, clients, vendors and other important stakeholders.

Through this workshop, Daniel shares his knowledge on human personas and how he uses them to enhance his communication styles and get everyone working together. His life examples and stories add realism and enrich the class environment.
