Singapore’s Cybersports & Online Gaming Association is one of the most trusted esports organisation in Singapore with more than 10 years of history. It seeks to build and serve the local ecosystem through various initiatives in education, industry partnerships, and marquee events. Signature initiatives include an esports academy supported by the National Youth Council and a full time diploma in partnership with Informatics Academy.SCOGA recently hosted Vainglory World Championships in Singapore, Asia Game Festival, and the Asia Football Gaming Championship as part of Singapore Football Festival. Millions have turned up for SCOGA’s events both in person and on twitch.tv/scoga

Starting out as a shoutcaster who wanted to do more to help the local competitive LoL scene, Jensen has helped to elevate local amateur teams to be on par with professional counterparts around the region with his methods before moving on to a professional career coaching in the major regions. Employing a researched and developed approach to constructing a training environment from resources and lessons he learnt during his time as an Engineering undergraduate, he is a strong believer in the importance of a well-designed people based training pedagogy in the esports world.
Achievements: 4 time TLC finalist coach, GPL semifinalist coach, coached team fireball in LMS 2017 Spring, currently coaching in the LSPL for Moss Seven Club
1) Participant player Most of the activities will be conducted for this group of people, involving lessons and activities. Due to limited availability, this will only be open to players who have participated in the TLC/SLS before and will be subject to shortlisting if oversubscribed. $15 registration fee applies, 1 meal is provided on both days.
2) Staff Will be largely participant observers with opportunities for them to input with the participants during certain activities in the context of a coaching/analyst/management role. There will be a specific lecture and content provided for this group of people. $15 registration fee applies, 1 meal is provided on both days.
3) Observers Will be observers throughout most of the event with opportunities for them to ask questions. Registration is free.

11:00 - 12:00 Sharing session about coaching, professional gaming, QnA//icebreaker and warmup session for teams
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12.30 - 1:30 Brief and Lecture on shaping strategy
1:30 - 4:30 Gaming activity &amp; review session w players
4:30 - 6:30 Focus groups on individual skills
6:30 - 7:00 Debrief for the day
Sunday 10:00 - 11:00 Lecture on Teamfighting, tactics and innovation
11:00 - 12:00 Lecture on shaping environments, developing pedagogy and roles of support staff//Planning time for teams
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 18:30 Mini-tournament w mid game reviews
18:30 - 19:00 Debrief
