Learn the basics of caregiving  for individuals with dementia and how you can develop better self-care habits as a caregiver.

<h1>We understand that being a caregiver can be emotionally, mentally and physically daunting. That is why we are here to support you.</h1><h3>Whether you’re looking for tips to take care of your loved ones better or simply requiring a safe space to talk about your challenges, our Caregivers&#x27; Support Group may be your answer.</h3><h3>We will be running a series of sessions this upcoming October to December assist you in your caregiving journey.</h3><p><strong>{﻿Online Sessions}</strong></p><ul><li>1﻿9 Oct, 2 Nov, 16 Nov, 30 Nov</li><li>T﻿ime: 8pm-9:30pm</li></ul><p><strong>{﻿Physical Session}</strong></p><ul><li>1﻿0 Dec</li><li>T﻿ime:10am-12:30pm</li><li>V﻿enue: Toa Payoh Block 131 Dementia Day Care Centre</li></ul><p><em>*﻿Participants are encouraged to commit to at least 3 out of 5 sessions.</em></p>
