A nurturing practice for you to embrace and free your body – express yourself through creative mindful movement expression

A conscious and nurturing practice for you to embrace your authenticity, connect to your body's senses, intution, and express yourself through movement, stillness and play.

This class begins with a grounding opening meditation, before flowing into a guided practice of flowing, circular and cyclical movements and patterns to free and expand your body's movement vocabulary and creative expression.

This practice is grounded in embodiment, and focuses on building mobility, fluidity & flexibility and overall strength and confidence in your creative expression.
