This class begins with a grounding opening meditation, before flowing into a guided practice of flowing, circular and cyclical movements and patterns to free and expand your body's movement vocabulary and creative expression.
This practice is grounded in embodiment, and focuses on building mobility, fluidity & flexibility and overall strength and confidence in your creative expression.
