Private Therapy Course – For Emotional Instability and Relationship Conflicts

This private therapy course is designed to support individuals who struggle with emotional instability, interpersonal challenges, and identity confusion. It is especially helpful for those with traits of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or similar emotional regulation difficulties.
Over 10 private 1:1 sessions with a licensed therapist, you'll gain insight into your emotional patterns, learn practical coping tools, and develop healthier communication and self-regulation strategies.
Sessions can be held in person at Wooden House Bangkok or online via Zoom/Google Meet, depending on your preference.
