About this event
Parents learn how our brains develop so they can recognise what their children are developmentally capable of. Parents can then adjust their expectations and guide their children to the correct age-appropriate responses to situations.Learn ways to quickly and calmly take control of situations and use mindfulness exercises to help children respond (not react) to challenges without the flight-or-fight reaction.
Please note the following:
• All participants including adults to register for a ticket. Each ticket admits 1 person only. Parents to register separate tickets for themselves and their children.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult during the programme. 1 adult can accompany up to 2 children.
• Arrive 10 mins before the session commences. Seats of late attendees will be given to waitlist.
• It is optional for children and adults to wear face masks or shields.
• NLB reserves the right to deny entry to participants who do not abide by the ground rules.
