Based in Louisiana, U.S., Dian Afranti Sembiring, MBA, is an international subject-matter-expert in lifting operations, with a 20-year career working with renowned multinational corporations such as TotalEnergies and Chevron. An Engineer by training, Dian's expertise has been instrumental in creating and implementing Lifting Management Systems at Total, earning her multiple awards for safety, lifting practices, and project excellence during her tenure at Chevron.

Dian is also the Founder of a Non-Profit Association for Lifting Experts in Indonesia. To date, she has coached and developed 1000+ professionals on lifting management systems.
