Venue: Agape Sanctuary (Level 3) & Faith Sanctuary (Level 4)

Doors will open at 10.30am. Pre-worship begins at 10.50am.

(1) Limited to 200 vaccinated people only (up to 20% of total congregants may be children 12 years & below and they do not have to be vaccinated). Registration is on "first come, first served" basis. 1 ticket per person per admission. Children and infants will also require a ticket.

(2) Everyone will need to wear masks at all times. You will need to register entry through the TraceTogether App and Tokens. Please ensure social distancing of 1-metre at all times.

(3) Requirements for our Sunday Service for the Vaccinated:

- Had the full regimen of your vaccination done with an additional 2 weeks after your 2nd dose; OR

- Had 1 dose of your vaccination done for recovered COVID individuals; OR

- Obtained a negative Pre-Event Test taken in the past 24 hours before the end of the service. Pre-Event Testing will not be provided by QBC. You can do it at a clinic which is under the list of MOH Approved Provider.

(4) We would like to reserve the lifts for our elderly members, so if you are able, we ask that you access Level 3 by the stairs next to the lift lobby.
