Estate Planning and Succession Talk
Event Information
Description
Most Singaporeans/SPRs are owners of property (HDB flats, private property), CPF related assets, or investors of financial instruments including overseas investment. Have you ever wondered what happens to these assets if one passes on without a Will? And what happens in the event that one loses his or her mental capacity? Many of us have yet to understand how we could structure the holding of our family wealth and assets in ways that would leave behind a meaningful legacy for our future generations.
Let’s hear from Estate Planning Specialist Hwee Heng, Head of Department, Marketing at Rockwills Corporation Pte Ltd, who will share views on the important instruments, such as Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).
