About this event
Want to find out more about the various asanas, the benefits for practicing them, as well as the finer details to execute and holding the asanas?
Why not join this 10 sessions workshops to learn and deepen your practice? In this workshop you will learn:
- Warm up exercises before yoga;
- Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation, both A and B Sequences;
- Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutation;
- Between 20 - 25 different Asanas; and
- Breathing and its importance.
Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER SO THAT WE CAN MANAGE THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES. ONLY PARTICIPANTS REGISTERED IN THE LINK ABOVE WILL BE ADMITTED.
A fee of S$40 for the workshop of 10 sessions or you can register and sign up for each individual session for S$5.
An email with detail instructions and map to the practice site in Fort Canning Park will be sent on Tuesday afternoon. Bring your own mat, water bottle, insect repellent and a smile.

What should we bring?
Do come dress comfortably for stretching exercises, bring along your yoga mat and full water bottle.
Why do we need to register in EventBrite?
We seek your understanding during this Pandemic period. We need to keep the number of participants within what is allowable by the authorities. And as a precaution, we are also collecting contact information in case any contact tracing is needed. Your contact information will be kept confidential.
Is this session suitable for all?
While this is a gentle yoga session, we strongly advise that you should seek medical advise from your doctor if you have undergone recent medical procedures and / or suffering from chronic medical condition before participating in this session. We will not be liable for any injuries or worsening of your condition. If you are not sure, we suggest that you should avoid this session until your medical condition has improved.
Is this session free?
