While the event is primarily targeted towards youth, we welcome attendees of all ages. For individuals aged 18 and below, it is advisable to have a guardian aged 18 and above accompany them to the event. This is to ensure their safety and adherence to any necessary guidelines or regulations.

Can I change the date for the ticket after purchase?

I am unable to attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may wish to transfer the ticket to another person if needed.

The ticket is transferable; however, please note that it can only be used by one person. Once the ticket has been used by an individual, it will be invalid and cannot be transferred or reused.

After purchasing your ticket, you can gain entry to the event by presenting your ticket at the designated entrance. Please make sure to bring a printed copy of your ticket or have it readily accessible on your mobile device. Our event staff will scan your ticket to verify its authenticity.

What time does the event start and end?

Please that the event doors will open at 2pm and will close at 10pm. We kindly advise you to arrive within this time frame to ensure you have ample time to enjoy the event.

Upon entry, you will receive a wrist tag to be worn at all times. Re-entry to the event is permitted as long as the tag remains intact. However, please be aware that the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a tampered or damaged tag.

Can I purchase the tickets at the entrance on event day?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance of the event, subject to availability. However, please be aware that the organizer reserves the right to reject the sale of tickets in the event of overcrowding or capacity limitations. We encourage the purchase of tickets earlier to avoid disappointment.
