Learnsharing and PINUS - National University of Singapore

Digital technology has changed industries and business models. Digital technology has created new ways for us to work, learn, play, shop and get connected. Mobile and digital technologies are pervading every corner of the earth and affecting business, careers, individuals, and communities.
Where are these digital and telecom heading in the future? How will it affect our works and lives? How will it affect your business and careers? What do we need to do differently to be better prepared for these changes in multiple fields (science, engineering, business, social studies, etc)?

Learnsharing's EXPLORE is the forum to explore trends, challenges, and opportunites of various things that affect our works and lives - such as: innovation and technology, digital and telecom, economy and geopolitics, environment, wellness, learning and workplace. This particular session will focus on digital and telecom.
The industry practitioners will share their observations, thoughts, and practical tips on how to cope with the fast-changing world and how to get the most out of it. An open dialogue on the management and people issues that are shaping the ever-changing business environment will help business leaders, executives, students/aspiring professionals to get better understanding of the issues and to be prepared in their current and future roles.

Chief Commercial Officer - Dialogue
Alessandro is a Senior Executive with deep expertise in telecom sector. He was appointed as CCO of Dialogue - the longest established international A2P messaging company headquartered in London, UK - in early 2016. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Bridge Alliance - a partnership of mobile telecom carriers that serves more than 1 billion customers in 38 Countries (over 60% of the world population) - from 2012 to 2015.   
Alessandro had over 10 years of service in Vodafone - one of the world's largest telecom companies, with equity interests in carriers in 25 Countries and more than 50 Partnerships with Mobile Operators around the world. He held several leadership position in Vodafone and he was the VP of International Services from 2008 to 2012.   
Alessandro has rich insights of digital and telecom trends and opportunities. He has the privilage of working with reputable Telco companies in Italy, France, UK and other continents in his 20 years career span. Alessandro has access to the latest industry development to complement his hands-on experience in driving digital transformation in his work with mobile telecoms carriers across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Founder and Director - Learnsharing
Danny has over 25 years of global management consulting expertise with key leadership position as Director in Accenture (one of the largest consulting firm in the world with over USD 31 Billion revenue and 290,000+ employees) and SAP (global enterprise software company with more than USD 23 Billion revenue and 77,000 employees). 
Danny serves clients in consumer goods, logistics, petrochemical, automotive, telecom, public sector, and retail industry across Asia Pacific and USA. He mainly uses Information Technology (including Digital and Telecom) solutions as key enabler to help companies achieve better business results. He guides his clients to grow business, simplify operations, improve profitability and uplift customer services. 
Danny also has unique business and digital insights from working and living in several countries. He served Indonesia market for 8 years; Malaysia, Philippine, Thailand, and Singapore for 10+ years; China and Hong Kong for 6 years; and USA for a year. He is currently based in Singapore where he provides consulting and learning services. He also actively contributes to social initiative like Seeds Oil Income Lift (SOIL) for Indonesian farmers and Learnsharing for university students and business professionals in South East Asia.
