About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

How does being irreligious affect one’s mental health in a society where religion is the norm? What challenges do non-religious individuals face and what strengths and support systems do they build?

Join us for an insightful and compassionate conversation exploring the link between irreligiosity and mental well-being. We'll reflect on the existing research, examine the gaps (especially in the Singapore context), and discuss how a humanist approach can support mental health without relying on religious frameworks.

Featuring interactive segments, real-life perspectives, and thoughtful dialogue, this session is open to all religious or not who are curious about how worldview, belief, and belonging intersect with mental wellness.
