Face-to-Face Meeting with Customers – Appointment Booking

About this Event

Dear Team Leaders and Wealth Managers,

Following MAS Circular CMI 29/2020, we are pleased to inform all of you that Financial Institutions will be permitted to resume all in-person meetings with their customers on an appointment only basis.

With effect from Friday, 19 June 2020, you will be allowed to meet up with your customers on condition that you submit your appointment details at least 1 day prior to the meeting. This is so that we have complete records of every meeting initiated so as to facilitate contact tracing if required.

Please ensure that you follow all the necessary safe management measures listed when you meet up with your customers:

• Wearing of mask and safe distancing of at least one metre at all times (Face shields are recommended for added protection)

• Use of SafeEntry or Keep a record of persons and meetings conducted at locations without SafeEntry

• Download and use TraceTogether whenever you meet your customers

Please note that in Phase 2:

• You are still NOT allowed to do prospecting activities at public places.

• You are strongly encouraged to continue all engagements and interactions with customers via non face-to-face channels as much as possible.
