1. What is the difference between this seminar and the concert on 28th May?

28th May will be a night of singing, by the Gettys and with the Gettys, together with their full band. This seminar will have singing (of course!) but will also include a teaching element on gospel-centred singing for family devotions.

2. Can I bring my child/children who are below 3?

Yes! This seminar is especially suitable for families and all ages are welcome.

3. Will there be creche/child-minding services available?

Creche/child-minding services will not be available during the seminar. We seek your understanding that our ushers may invite you and your child/children out of the hall should your child/children be causing too much disturbance to others during the seminar. Cry-room is available for use during the seminar.

4. Can I choose my seats?

No. Seating will on a first come first served basis. We seek your understanding when the venue is reaching its full capacity and you may have to sit separately from your family/friends.

5. I have bought tickets but am not able to attend. Can I request for a refund?

There will be no refunds. Please give your tickets to bless others if you cannot make it. Thank you so much.

6. I have un-installed my TraceTogether app on my phone. Will I still be allowed entry?

As VDS applies to this event (as it involves more than 500 persons), you will need either your TraceTogether App or Token ready for SafeEntry check-in when you arrive. Please refer to prevailing MOH Safe Management Measures at www.moh.gov.sg.
